Annual Strategic Plan Workshop

On behalf of the coordination team of Cambodian Children’s Advocacy Foundation Organization, we are very pleased to state that the Annual Strategic Plan Workshop, which was conducted during the period of 16th to 19th, October, 2018 had an outstanding achievements.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Robin Chan, Ms. Evelyn Pek, and Ms. Shane Wang who contributed their fund to support all expenditures for this workshop.

Visitor from Project Little Dream

November 6, 2018, morning: Project Little Dream Education Officer Miss Heidi Lee paid her visit to CCAFO English Language Center and Kung Ruth Village Based Preschool. Heidi had the opportunity to talk to CCAFO English Language team as well as with students. The team shared their experience and the plan with Heidi and proposed to for a partnership between the two NGOs. October 24, 2018, Morning: CCAFO English Language Center Management Team, Teachers and Students had their honor to host a visit of Program Director Marina B. Aleixo and Professor Vichet Chhuon. Aim of their visit is to learn about way and the activities of CCAFO English Language Center for the rural students. The management team presented the plan propose to form a collaboration between University of Minnesota and CCAFO. There will be further training on teaching methodology and the visit of students from University of Minnesota in the future, according to Marina.

English Teaching Methodology Training-October 22-24, 2018

CCAFO would like to take this opportunity to express our deeply thank you to management team of KVAO for allowing our English Language Teacher Ms. Sat Sokkea and Kampong Leng Project Manager & School Principal Mr. Khem Sarmoeun attending the English Teaching Methodology Training. We would also like to thank Program Director Marina B. Aleixo and her colleague from the University of Minnesota, who conducted this training. Your effort have made Sokkea and Sarmoeun gained better knowledge. They have been applying their skill from this training for implementation their teaching tasks for the students.
